The Brezeale Family Photos 2

Where does the time go? I feel like it was just yesterday that I shot the Brezeale family, when in fact it was about a year and half ago. Comparing that photo session to now and seeing how big little Harlow has grown was one of the reasons I was excited for this shoot and capture the family through another stage of their lives. Ferris Bueller once said, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once and a while, you could miss it.” I feel like its my job as a photographer to help freeze these special moments of time to create lasting memories.

For this photo session we didn’t select any particular location and found a park in the area that had various scenes that could be created. I tend to believe that the people make the image rather than the background and that it’s important to be able to work with what is around you. I did want the vigrx walmart family sunset portrait so we waited for an hour before dusk to really get started. Linsey had multiple outfit changes for the family to bring in different looks so to keep things simple and with a 2-year old full of energy I set-up and began the shoot as close to the car as possible and this entire shoot stayed within 50 yards of the parking lot. Harlow made my job easy. She is so photogenic and almost every photo of her came out great so it was tough to choose which images to show. As always I let the family interact as they may normally and attempt to capture those natural moments. Towards the end of the shoot Harlow began to get antsy and tired so she just laid on Linsey’s dress as they sat on this small patch of dirt and this was one of my favorite shots of the day. I look forward to shooting the family for many years to come.
